Understanding Our Inherent Creative Ability

Every human is a creator. Creativity is an essential part of being human, as essential as walking, talking and thinking. Creativity is the natural law of life and is inherent in all of us. We are all born as spontaneous creative thinkers. We experience creativity every time a new idea explodes into our minds and we can call for creativity when we want it.

Dictionary says that “create” means to bring into existence something that is new, something that did not exist before. We imagine creators as people struggling against odds, trying to craft new inventions, music or art that is novel, fresh, unique. We think that prior training and skills are crucial in the creative process. Someone who doesn’t know arithmetic will never be a mathematician. A tone-deaf person can never compose music.

When we speak about creativity, creative ability, creative power or accessing creative power, we think of creativity and creative power as having creative ideas which can solve the problems we face. We see creativity as something we do or someplace we go to get a creative idea. We see acting externally in the world to manifest the idea we have as creativity. We do not see what needs to occur inside us to create the space for the creative idea to arise. We do not see how learning about how the physical world works are necessary to access the creative power to act to manifest the desired creation. We fail to bridge the point of the inner and the outer to understand our inner creative power and the outer creative power.

Releasing our unlimited creativity is applicable to any or all aspects of life: Spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, private, professional, social, individually and/or collectively within a group or organization. It spans the spectrum from simply finding creative solutions or innovative ideas to respond to any set of conditions we face to recreating our life or creating an alternative way to live our life. It can be used to create health, inner satisfaction, and a variety of other objectives.

One theory of human origins postulates that millions of years ago, life began on earth from a mathematically impossible chemical reaction caused by a lightning strike to a slimy pond of chemicals—that over a period of time, through incredible non-intelligent processes, first formed into a microscopic acid, then to an amoeba, then to a slug, eventually to an ape, and finally to a man who can sit down, be still and think back and ask: How did I come to be here? At what point did chemicals and lightning and the passage of time supposedly create the inimitable human mind?

No matter how much we dissect, investigate and postulate, the knowledge of origins has to be revealed by an Originator. The real truth of origins and why man is on Earth is known, is extremely well documented, and is so much more inspiring, rational and satisfying than the wild imaginations of evolutionary theory. Education, religion, and science can get a lot further down the path to understanding of human origins and purpose only if those who study origins simply took a fresh look at the abilities of their own minds.

Where does the wisdom come from that make creativity possible? Legendary physicists Werner Heisenberg and Niels Bohr thought deeply about creativity in science. In any great scientific discovery, he said, “We find the often disturbing and happy experience: ‘It is not I; I have not done this.’ Still, in a certain way it is I — yet not the ego … but … a more comprehensive self.” What is this “more comprehensive self”? I suggest that it is a domain of consciousness that is infinite in space and time, in which all information resides. Throughout history, it has been called many names: The Source, the Absolute, God, Goddess, Allah, Universe. It’s an ancient idea, this universal, unitary consciousness. The premise surfaced during the nineteenth century in the philosophy of transcendentalism.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, wrote: There is one mind common to all individual men … What Plato has thought, he may think; what a saint has felt, he may feel; what at any time has befallen any man, he can understand. Who has access to this universal mind is a party to all that is or can be done, for this is the only and sovereign agent. Emerson called this single, universal mind the Over-soul.

Scientists agree on the principle of the unification of minds or consciousness. The multiplicity is only apparent, in truth, there is only one mind. Deep down, the consciousness of human species is one and if we don’t see this it’s because we are blinding ourselves to it. The possibility is that the minds of exceptionally creative people would be in spontaneous, direct, though not necessarily conscious, interaction with other minds within the creative process itself. In this perspective, the One Mind can function as the Source of all the ingredients anyone could ever need to formulate a new idea, paint or sculpt a work of art. Tapping into the Source is the goal of most creative individuals.

The door to creativity is often opened during meditation, reverie or dreams, in which time is perceived as an eternal present in which the divisions of past, present, and future meld into an all-encompassing now. In this state, it is not just the separations in time that disappear, but also separations between people and things. This experience is common. It often erupts spontaneously, as when we are transfixed by a plangent musical note or a wolf’s midnight howl. During these moments, if fortune smiles, we can become an individual who knows, for a while, “everything there was to know.”

We are destined to take responsibility for finishing the creation of the universe now suffering from decay. It is our awesome destiny to be born into the God Family and bring life to myriads of lifeless planets scattered into the deep blackness of space. Humans were created to create! We will use that creativity forever.

All for Love

Love is everywhere, not everyone recognizes this because we do not fully comprehend what love is. For some, love is an emotion shared between two individuals, involving a deep connection and intimacy. Ask someone to define what love is, and they will freeze, trying to come up with a coherent reply. In the end, they might just say it is something that cannot be truly defined. Even the most brilliant minds seem to have trouble assigning a proper and accurate definition for love.

Love has connections with our behavior and attitude, and since it is, at its core, an emotion, it can be studied subjectively and analyzed systematically. Love appears to be most profound and even mysterious emotion because of the broad and large area it encompasses.

John Allan Lee, a Canadian psychologist, came up with the Color Wheel Theory of Love. He introduced six major types of love, divided into two categories, namely, primary and secondary.

Primary types of love comprise love of beauty or erotic love, then we have ludic love where love is a game and the measure of victory is the number of partners one has. Third is storge love, like loving someone through the fondness of familiarity, family members or people who relate in familiar ways who have bonded by chance. For example, love between best friends and companions. It puts a high value on one’s loyalties, duties and responsibilities toward others. This is the peaceful and uncomplicated kind of love, no passionate heat involved, no tumultuous storm of feelings, no angst, and certainly no rollercoaster rides of emotions.

Secondary types of love involve manic love; this love is self-explanatory and the second is the most practical type of love called pragmatic love, which is very practical and mutually very beneficial, lastly we have agape love which is the purest form of love, derives its definition from being unselfish towards one’s partner. This love is willing to endure difficulty that arises from the partner’s circumstance with an unbreakable commitment and an unconditional, selfless love that is all giving. It is an undying love that is full of compassion and selflessness.

Give Shape and Meaning to Life

Looking at the sad struggles of our world and reflecting on this desire to have meaning in our lives, to devote ourselves to some great cause, it could seem that being human such vows are impossible for us to ever fully achieve. I feel it is like getting a chance to re-live my life in richer and better way, once I can see the frailty and error of my old self.

Allowing my desire to devote my life to some good cause and the rule I set to regulate my behavior or thought is organizing principle of my life. The universe will give us all the great causes to hurl ourselves at, but hopefully we will be lucky to avoid such heroic external challenges. Whatever happens to our life, whoever and wherever we find ourselves, we cannot shake off our own, in part illusory, but persistent, self that seems to follow us like a shadow. I have too often punished myself for not changing the world, but overlooked the ever-present challenge of changing myself.

At the start of each New Year, we are encouraged to use arbitrary new start to reflect on our old life and, with renewed insight into our human frailties, start over and live by different rules; setting resolutions for the ‘new-me’ to whom we aspire. It seems to me our vows to adhere to the rule intended to regulate our behavior or thought actually give us not so much commandments to beat ourselves with, but rather, simply, beautiful words, a way to embrace our lives, cultivating the courage to live freely and creatively.

For me, to my surprise I realize that I no longer needed to hold out on my old thought. Rather, the simple act of accepting the rule intended to regulate my behavior or thought and say yes to life, is to encourage my life to vibrate in a new way. Of course nothing changes, but we always have a moment by moment opportunity to reshape our lives. Those vows help me to stop being the jerk I sometimes feel, and reset the compass, and at least aspire to live my life in richer and better way.

The Path of Love

In search of God you do not need to go anywhere. No temples, no church, no mosque are not true abode of God. They are built by man. The true abode of God is this body that God himself came up and created. The body is a living temple, saying temple, and moving temple. The temple was designed by no ordinary engineer. It was created by pure will of God. Therefore, it is a sacred gift from God. You must take care of the gift as the apple of his eye. You need to properly use the body for the implementation of the Self

The body is the first tool of the righteous deeds; therefore, the body should be used to perform daily spiritual practice, not only for food and drink. Of course, nutrition is essential to maintain the body. Food is there to protect the body and the clothes to protect from the cold, but if you think all the time about food and about the wealth, when you think about God? If the food is good, mind, too, will be all right. When the mind is all right, you can reach God. You have to understand that the food and mind are designed for realization of God.

Effects of Exercise

The Best Way Out is Always Through

Immediate Effects of Exercise on Blood Pressure is to rise it during exercise.  Regular physical activity makes the heart stronger, and more efficient. As the heart becomes more efficient, it becomes more able to pump greater amounts of blood with less effort. As a result, the heart does not need to beat as quickly to deliver blood to the body. Since the heart is pumping slower, it is also placing less stress and pressure on the arteries. After several weeks or months of regular exercise, most people should notice a decrease in resting pulse and blood pressure. For this reason, regular exercise as a drug-free approach to treating high hypertension is recommended.

Although regular exercise has a long-term effect on blood pressure and pulse, these beneficial effects require a continued exercise program. The benefits last only as long as you continue to exercise. Before initiating any type of regular exercise routine, consult your doctor to ensure your utmost health and safety.

Fitness is the best discipline training method on earth. If you want to build more discipline into your life, try becoming more fit. If you struggle with being disorganized or unfocused, try working out more, or doing something physical that has to do with your fitness. You’ll find those experiences are the best discipline training methods on earth.

When you are in a solid workout routine – everything falls into place.  The beauty of fitness is the simplicity.  In contrast to all the stuff out there trying to complicate things and telling you all the stuff you need to have to get fit, there’s only two main components to fitness: Diet & Exercise.  Diet = What You Put In Your Body.  Exercise = What You Do With Your Body.

You have complete control over each of those components.   You can get in incredible shape with a jump rope and a pull up bar and bodyweight exercises.

When it comes to things like running your business, getting organized or simply getting over mental barriers, it’s easy to have other things come in the way and blame them. Bureaucracy, other people, regulations, imagined problems, timelines, and other things you can’t always control. But, when it comes to Diet & Exercise: What you put in your body and what you do with it , you absolutely control it. With a 100% accuracy, you’re able to control what you put in your body and what you do with it – no matter what. In every other aspect of life, there might be variables, but if discipline is defined as training to improve a skill, then fitness is the one thing you have complete control of if you want to. It’s not easy, but it’s possible.

Fitness is measurable. There are metrics. You know whether you’re getting better, faster, stronger or if you’re going in the other direction. The iron never lies. Fitness is measurable. Fitness is a physical activity. It moves you from thinking to doing. It’s physical activity that forces you to push your physical limits, so you can push your mental ones too. Fitness is physical.  Fitness is a choice every day. It can take 8 weeks to get into shape and only 2 to lose it all. Every day, you choose to either get more or less fit by the choices you make. There is no pause, coast or cruise control. Fitness is a daily discipline.

The default state for everything is stagnation. If you’re not working to improve your fitness daily, it will automatically start deteriorating. Fitness is constant improvement.  Fitness often reflects how you live the rest of your life. If you’re waking up at 5 AM, getting your workout in, going for a run and taking a cold shower to start the day, it’s hard to want to slack off the rest of the day. Even if you do – you have a head start on everybody else because you’ve been working for 2 hours by the time everyone else gets up. If you find your fitness regimen disorganized, you’ll tend to find other aspects of life – your business, your social and even your physical stuff  – disorganized.  Fitness reflects your life.

If you put limits on what you can do, physical or anything else, it’ll spread over into the rest of your life. It’ll spread into your work, into your morality, into your entire being. There are no limits. Being ruthless with your physical limits and your fitness specifically  opens up windows into other parts of your life where you can improve, change things and get better. If you want to add more discipline into your life, start with fitness – it’s the one area of life where you have 100% control.

Emotional and Physical Distress Cured with New Endorphinergic Formulation

Specific biochemical imbalance in the endorphin system, the stress center of the brain and gut, underlie the emotional and physical distress experienced by millions of sufferers of a wide variety of clinical conditions. The Endorphinergic Distress Syndrome is responsible, in part, for chronic anxiety, anger, depression, cravings, and pain hypersensitivity.

The endogenous opioid system has generally been associated with regulation of pain. Endogenous opioid system also modulates the experience of distress and play a central role in many psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders. Decades of preclinical research on the analgesic effects of endogenous opioids, like, endorphins, suggests that opioid receptors have inhibitory-excitatory properties.

An exploratory study using a cold pressor-induced pain paradigm, found evidence that a combination of a nutraceutical agent that enhances endorphin release with one that switches opioid receptors from an excitatory to inhibitory mode not only increased pain tolerance, but also reduced emotional and physical distress. This discovery led to clinical application of a critically formulated endorphinergic treatment in 203 case studies over a two-year period.

Findings revealed the remarkable clinical efficacy and safety of this treatment in the relief of chronic emotional and physical distress, including anxiety, anger, depression, cravings, and hyperalgesia, as well as enhancement of well-being, productivity, mental clarity, relationships, and an adaptive response to life’s stresses. The study provides new insights into the role of endogenous opioid system imbalances in the development, treatment, and prevention of dysfunctional emotional and physical distress.

It is postulated that an Endorphinergic Distress Syndrome consists of abnormal endorphin levels together with opioid receptors predominately in their excitatory mode. Endorphinergic Distress Syndrome account for many core distress symptoms associated with chronic anxiety, addictions, pain, as well as affective personality, autism spectrum, attention-deficit, and distress-related medical problems.

The research has led to new endorphinergic formulations, combining Endorphin Enhancers, such as caffeine, with Opioid Receptor Switchers, such as n-acetylcysteine, for the relief of emotional and physical distress. The study provides a novel method to reverse the anxiogenic effects of caffeine and related hyper-excitatory substances.

It All Happens For A Reason

It is a fact that we don’t see all there is before us, our eyes ability is limited to see this dimension only, our brains filter out other information that it deems is unnecessary. What we conceive as reality in our minds may all be an illusion created by our mind, thus becoming the greatest lie of all. It is true that we alone are the sole architect who can create and form our reality. Are you really sure that a floor can’t also be a ceiling? The human understanding is like a false mirror, which, receiving rays irregularly; distorts and discolors the nature of things by mingling its own nature with it.

Imagination is all an illusion, a vision of what was, is, could be, a conception of a thought brought into reality by the wandering of an ever restless mind. Illusions commend themselves to us because they save us pain and allow us to enjoy pleasure instead. We must therefore accept it without complaint when they sometimes collide with a bit of reality against which they are dashed to pieces. Imagination is the one weapon in the war against reality.

As you perceive reality When you argue with reality you are going to loose. I’m not crazy about reality, but it’s still the only place to get a decent meal. Reality does not conform to the ideal, but confirms it. Reality leaves a lot to the imagination. Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn’t go away. Until we realize that things might not be we cannot realize that things are. Since we cannot change reality, let us change the eyes which see reality.

Your goals, minus your doubts, equal your reality. People see the world not as it is, but as they are. Reality is not always probable, or likely. Don’t dwell on reality; it will only keep you from greatness. Reality bites… and doesn’t let go. One might speak to great length of the three corners of reality what was seen, what was thought to be seen, and what was thought ought to be seen. Time and memory are true artists; they remold reality nearer to the heart’s desire. There are some people, who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other. Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.

The reality of life is that your perceptions — right or wrong — influence everything else you do. When you get a proper perspective of your perceptions, you may be surprised how many other things fall into place. There are intangible realities which float near us, formless and without words; realities which no one has thought out, and which are excluded for lack of interpreters. It takes only one other person to say it’s so-one other point of reality to make something real.
