What Type Of Seducer Are You?

A man is often secretly oppressed by the role he has to play by always having to be responsible, in control, and rational. The siren is the ultimate male fantasy figure because she offers a total release from the limitations of his life. In her presence, which is always heightened and sexually charged, the male feels transported to a realm of pure pleasure. In a world where women are often too timid to project such an image, learn to take control of the male libido by embodying his fantasy. Mastering the art of seduction gives one a great power, and like any power, it is to be wielded with responsibility; a man who wields the art of seduction without a sense of responsibility and restrain is a walking proximity bomb of viral epidemics, needless procreation, heartbroken families, and shattered dreams.

Now Is The Time!

We all have a unique destiny, vision and purpose. Purpose – a reason for an action, deliberate plan, a proposition, an intention, a design we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Destiny – Intended for some special purpose, where we are heading for, journey. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Lord before the world began. Vision – to foresee and perceive what lies ahead, divine, insight, prophetic insight, how you go about in accomplishing the purpose. Where there is no vision, the people perish, but he that kept the law, happy is he. We are here because our presence on the planet is essential at this extraordinary time in history. Opening to a vision creates a synergy that is powerful and dynamic. There is a vibrant mission that is calling us all to higher ground and to more deeply loving and profound experiences. Each one of us has a unique capacity to be of service to the community and world at large. Our only job is to uncover our core power, gifts and talents and activate a willingness to serve in expansive ways.

There are no obstacles to our greatness. There has never been an event that defines our future. We have never experienced anything that can stop us from soaring into a greater yet to be. The only limitations are in our thinking. Exciting experiences awaits us, the moment we look at life through the lens of infinite possibilities. An open-hearted communication builds bridges of understanding and expansion. We are all called to commune and to communicate with the intent of breaking down walls of fear and doubt. The heart is intelligent and when we learn to listen and share from the heart space, peace is the outcome for all.

The power of creativity, compassion, and the resilient brain is healing and transformational. Empathy connects to the inner life of another person. It has been shown to improve every physical system in the body like immune, cardiovascular, and organ systems. The more interest a doctor expresses in the inner life of a patient, that is to say, how that patient experiences their illness rather than symptomology, the more likely a positive outcome. According to Dr. Siegel, the key to optimal healing is the connecting inner life to inner life. This means that doctors, teachers, therapists, parents, clergy must be in touch with their own inner lives. He called it practicing medicine, parenting, marrying, etc. from the inside out.

Storytelling is the most ancient and powerful way of reciprocal sharing inner life with another. Any of the non-verbal expressive media serve the same purpose. But we are narrative creatures, seeking meaning in our experience. This is the realm of story. Story making, in its very nature, creates wholeness and integration. It holds conflict in the form of characters and situations in a larger container, and allows these conflicts to play out and resolve themselves naturally as a new story emerges. As storyteller of our lives, we are also the integrating consciousness.

The healing community that forms in story groups, or any other healing relationship based on a right-brain modality; not therapy necessarily, unless it has these qualities of creativity and inner life to inner life, be it authentic movement, expressive dance, free form visual arts, music making and listening, yoga, reiki, mindfulness meditation, equine therapy, shamanic chant, etc. becomes the container that holds a person and gives their brain an integrative environment, time, and space to heal itself and the integrative fibers to regrow. Storytelling and witness gives each person a sense of safety, belonging, and dignity, so necessary to thriving.

Working with intuition, which is strengthened by the receptivity involved in creative process, makes us even more aware and responsive to toxicity in other people and situations. In these story groups, which are built on the sensory elements of time, environment, character, situation, and storyteller, we become very attentive to where we are, what we are doing, and the often unconscious motivations and inner lives of others. Story experiencing life as an unfolding story with us as the witness and storyteller is spiritual practice.

Expressive modalities like writing, dance and other expressive movement, visual art, music create a state of healthy alertness, relaxation, and release. It feels like joy. It is the state of flow; which is synonymous with the dynamic Self versus ego delineated by ancient wisdom traditions and modern psychologists, including Jung and his followers. In the mythic journey, the heart and soul of story approach the highest evolved archetype is the jester, who holds the whole truth of existence; both its light and shadow within a non-harming joke and a good laugh.

There is a divine and infinite substance that is always creating. The essence of this energy is love and compassion. It is the very stuff of which we are all made. Therefore, we can, in any moment, access this energy and be transformative agents for this world. Powerful choices create powerful lives. Every moment is an opportunity to choose life, love, peace, harmony and joy. Every moment is a call to awaken to our inherent nature. Every moment offers the chance to step through a portal of magnificent living. Now is the time! Stand up! Find your voice! Step up and live out loud!

You Are Incredible

I, like you, am just a normal person living a normal life. By normal I don’t mean mundane. Nothing that exists in this universe should ever be seen as mundane. Take a moment to breathe. Look around you right now. You see a computer, a desk, maybe a window and trees outside. You see your hands. You feel your clothes against your skin. Perhaps you smell dinner cooking, or notice the familiar scents of your office.

Everything you have noticed just now is a miracle. Once, none of it existed. Can you picture the total absence of everything? When was the last time you stopped and thought about where it all came from? Everything you see around you, everything you eat, the air you breathe, is all made up of the remnants of stars, cooked up in their fiery bellies billions of years ago. We are all made of stardust. The universe wants to live, so stardust gathered together and became planets, just as cells joined together and became you and me.

Trillions upon trillions of these tiny living building blocks work together every second so that you can experience life. They work to turn oxygen and food into energy, allowing you to learn, create, laugh, and love and spread joy. We don’t give a thought to how much our bodies are doing to keep us healthy, and make sure we achieve the experiences we need in order to grow as humans. We abuse our bodies daily, and then poke at them with disapproving glares in front of a mirror. We take our bodies, and thus, our lives, for granted.

It is true that we cannot spend every moment fully aware of what our bodies need, but we can and should stop to appreciate all that our bodies are doing for us. When you go to bed tonight, take a moment to thank your body for taking such good care of you while you were busy rushing from one place to another. Thank your body for seeing you through without requiring any thoughts or time for it. Remember how it all began; from nothing, to stardust, to you. Your body is amazing. You are amazing. The entire world around you is amazing. Enjoy it, and live in gentle awe of existence

Spiritual Liberation

Spiritual liberation is sometimes called awakening, enlightenment, realization of itself or simply see what is absolutely true. It is impossible to know what words like liberation or enlightenment means until you make them yourself. That being so. it is pointless to speculate on what enlightenment is. As a guiding principle, in order to gradually achieve this is not quite true, is infinitely more valuable than speculate on what is. People think that it is the occupation of a spiritual teaching to provide answers to the great questions of life, but in fact, the opposite is true. The fundamental task of any good spiritual teaching is not to answer your questions, but put into question your answers. Because it is your conscious and unconscious assumptions and beliefs that distort your perception and you do see a division and separation when there is in fact only unity and integrity.

Spiritual liberation is not hidden, or secret. You may not earn, merit or understanding. At the time of spiritual liberation, reality and completeness are in plain sight. In fact, the only thing it is to see, hear, smell, taste, touch, or feel, is reality or God, if you wish. Absolute completeness surrounds you wherever you go. There is really no reason to bother you on this subject, with the exception of the fact that we humans have long us deceived in such a confined confusing entanglement and disorder the divinity inside and around us that we consider as punishment, much less experience for ourselves.

Spiritual liberation is a call to action; this is something that you. It is a fact that will absolutely void you. If you don’t, if you do not study and apply without fear, it cannot perform any transformation. Spiritual liberation is not a belief system; it’s something to put into practice. To learn about spiritual liberation as a spectator would be to miss the point. Being a spectator, it’s easy and secure. You be active in your own awakening to the truth is neither easy nor safe. The procedure is unpredictable, the absolute commitment, results not guaranteed.

Heighten Your Metabolism To Lose Weight

Lot of us have a slow metabolism. This makes it hard to lose weight and very easy to gain weight. A sluggish metabolism makes you tire out easily. You don’t get to benefit from all that life has put forward. Good news is, you can effortlessly enhance your metabolism naturally. Below, you will find ways to increase your metabolism:

A short burst of intense exercise when you first get up can do marvel for your metabolism. The most excellent part is you only have to do about five minutes of forceful exercise to garner the advantage all day. The exercises you can do are simple and comprises of running in place, jumping jacks, and lunges. If you have a stair master or a jogging machine, that would work too. Just get your heart rate up for five minutes and cool down for two minutes.

Hot spices like curry, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cumin, and turmeric help the body hasten metabolism. Other hot spices that you may not think of as hot but they react in the body in this way include cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg.

Water is miraculous in this way. Drink a lot of water and your metabolism will magically increase because the metabolic process needs water to fuel it. It’s better if you make sure you are drinking alkaline water.

For human body to work efficiently, the thyroid needs selenium, zinc, copper, and iodine. On the other hand, the American diet is notoriously low in selenium, zinc, copper, and iodine minerals. To get more of these minerals, eat more seafood and nuts.

Sorry to say, in the fast paced world we live in, many of us have propensity to miss out breakfast or take hold of something nutrient poor on the way out to the door. This is one of the worst things you can do for your metabolism. Always eat a healthy breakfast. This should include a healthy protein like eggs from pasture raised chickens and fruits containing antioxidants like blueberries or strawberries.

Sadly, we eat more at dinner than we do at breakfast. We are also inclined to snack at night before bedtime. This is the opposite of what you want to do to speed up your metabolism. Try to eat earlier in the day and less at dinner. Try not to eat for at least three hours before bedtime.

Weight training isn’t just for body builders. Building muscle mass should be part of all fitness programs. Even if you can’t join a gym or buy fancy equipment, you can build muscle mass. A couple of cans of food or water bottles filled with water can serve as weights for your arms and you can use rubber bands or your own body weight to provide resistance to your legs to build more muscle mass.

Divine Order

Divine order rules! A doubt-inducing childhood, countless broken hearts and flawed relationships, were all perfectly designed to get me where I came here to go; to help me evolve to my highest state of grace, to know God, and to become who I became. I mostly forget this.

When we are in alignment with divine order, we use the greatest message, the only truth, and the highest good. It moves through us like a ray of light piercing everything, a laser beam opening heart, filling the pages. When we forget about divine order, nothing makes sense. Our sadness is legendary and hunger is hopeless. Heartbreak brings us to our knees in despair. Everyone betrays; mother, brother, sister, lover, and friend. We become a boat without a mooring. Fear blocks the inner voice. Our mind tricks us and we let it.

When we remember the loving Goodness of our universe, our heart breaks wide open. Sacred wisdom pours through and showers the world in diamonds – each one forged from the fire of tremendous loss. Forgiveness abounds. We adore our mother, brother, sister, lover, and friend. We see their painful stories, their enormous grief and astounding gifts. We see how hard they’ve tried, how endlessly they’ve worked. The sound of their laughter will be the sweetest sound ever known to us. We lift the veil and see into the other realms vividly. When we cross over, we want to say, their wisdom helped us. Just a touch, just a moment of illumination is everything. What I know to be true is this: Our pain is on purpose. Our joy is the gift. Our heart is all that matters. Our mind is a great monkey loose in the forest and running amuck; he must be tamed.

Our truth is inside always. It’s our inner voice that only speaks loud enough when we turn within, tame the savage monkey mind, pull away from the surface, and surrender our suppositions; when we dip a trembling hand into the deepest water that terrifies us most and we help someone who is drowning right beside us. I wish to say that even when we don’t know it, when we feel completely alone, there are people who are part of our soul group who show up in our hour of greatest need and help us in ways we may never know and never see. These soulmate agreements are always working in our favor; even when we feel hopelessly abandoned, they are standing where they should be standing and lending a hand in just the way that will save us.

Mostly, it’s only at the end of our life or in brief glimpses of the divine that we fully see this luminous connection, this brilliant pattern, and know that it’ is real and that we have always been held in grace. This final knowledge breaks us wide open in speechless, awestruck gratitude – even as we take our last gasping breath and our bodies disintegrate into a million shards of light.

Pursuit of Egalitarian Refinement

Man was not intended to live like a bear or a hermit, apart from others of his own nature, and, philosophy and reason will each agree with me, that man was born for sociability and finds his true delight in society. Society is a word capable of many meanings. Society, par excellence; the world at large; the little clique to which he is bound by early ties; the companionship of friends or relatives; even society tête-à-têtes with one dear sympathizing soul, are pleasant states for a man to be in.

This society, composed, as it is, of many varying natures and elements, where each individual must submit to merge his own identity into the universal whole, which makes the word and state, is divided and subdivided into various cliques, and has a pastime for every disposition, grave or gay; and with each division rises up a new set of forms and ceremonies to be observed if you wish to glide down the current of polite life, smoothly and pleasantly.

The young man who makes his first entrance into the world of society, should know how to choose his friends, and next how to conduct himself towards them. Experience is, of course, the best guide, but at first starting this must come second hand, from an older friend, or from books.

A judicious friend is the best guide; but how is the young man to know whom to choose? When at home this friend is easily selected; but in this country, where each bird leaves the parent nest as soon as his wings will bear him safely up, there are but few who stay amongst the friends at home.

True a book will not fully supply the place either of experience or friendly advice, still it may be made useful, and, carefully written from the experience of heads grown gray in society, with only well authenticated rules, it will be a guide not to be despised by the young aspirant for favor in polite and refined circles.

You go into society from mixed motives; partly for pleasure, recreation after the fatigues of your daily duties, and partly that you may become known. In a republican country where one man’s opportunities for rising are as good as those of another, ambition will lead every rising man into society.

You may set it down as a rule, that as you treat the world, so the world will treat you. Carry into the circles of society a refined, polished manner, and an amiable desire to please, and it will meet you with smiling grace, and lead you forward pleasantly along the flowery paths; go, on the contrary, with a brusque, rude manner, startling all the silky softness before you with cut and thrust remarks, carrying only the hard realities of life in your hand, and you will find society armed to meet you, showing only sharp corners and thorny places for your blundering footsteps to stumble against.

You will find in every circle that etiquette holds some sway; her rule is despotic in some places, in others mild, and easily set aside. Your first lesson in society will be to study where she reigns supreme, in her crown and holding her sceptre, and where she only glides in with a gentle hint or so, and timidly steps out if rebuked; and let your conduct be governed by the result of your observations. You will soon become familiar with the signs, and tell on your first entrance into a room whether kid gloves and exquisite finish of manner will be appropriate, or whether it is “hail, fellow, well met” with the inmates. Remember, however, “once a gentleman always a gentleman,” and be sure that you can so carry out the rule, that in your most careless, joyous moments, when freest from the restraints of etiquette, you can still be recognizable as a gentleman by every act, word, or look.

Avoid too great a restraint of manner. Stiffness is not politeness, and, while you observe every rule, you may appear to heed none. To make your politeness part of yourself, inseparable from every action, is the height of gentlemanly elegance and finish of manner.
